Competence

Frank Metzler is a lawyer at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Technology, Data and Media practice group.

He advises on the implementation of data protection management, the implementation of data protection regulations in companies and carries out data protection audits - also together with international partners. He also focuses on the review and legally compliant drafting of IP and IT contracts of all kinds as well as the assertion of and defense against intellectual property claims.

Frank Metzler studied law in Munich. 

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked in a specialized boutique for IP and IT law in Munich.

In his free time, he enjoys road biking, kayaking and hiking in the mountains.
