Hans-Peter Toft studied law in Kiel, Bordeaux and Freiburg. 

Before joining BDO Legal, he was a partner in a Hamburg boutique law firm specializing in IT, IP and data protection law.

In his free time, he enjoys being on the water or diving into it from time to time.
