Dr. Dirk Elbert is a lawyer, tax advisor and partner at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Commercial practice group.

His practice focuses on cross-border intra-group service, group allocation, license, loan and framework supply agreements.

Dirk Elbert studied law in Ludwigsburg and Heidelberg. He completed his doctorate in Heidelberg on the subject of "The digital external audit". 

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked for the tax authorities, among others.

In his spare time, he often prepares barbecues for his family.
