Dr. Marcel Fricke

Dr. Marcel Fricke is a lawyer and partner at BDO Legal. He heads the Commercial and IP/IT practice groups.

The focus of his work is on commercial and corporate law. He has been advising companies of all sizes for over 20 years, from start-ups and medium-sized hidden champions to multinational corporations.

Marcel Fricke studied law in Hamburg. He completed his doctorate in Hamburg on the subject of "GMO in world trade law". 

Before joining BDO Legal, he was a partner in a boutique law firm specializing in commercial and corporate law.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family and regularly plans to do more sport.
