Competence

Severin Melcop is a lawyer at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Energy Law practice group.

His professional focus is the advising companies in renewable energy law. He also provides ongoing energy law advice to energy supply companies on regulatory and contractual issues. Finally, he focuses on advising in energy supply concepts and energy efficiency requirements.

Severin Melcop studied law in Berlin. He completed an LL.M. program at the University of Amsterdam.

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked in a commercial law firm in Berlin.

In his spare time, he enjoys going to concerts and traveling, skiing, visiting art exhibitions and traveling. He also enjoys attending sporting events, especially ice hockey matches.
