Dr. Andy Breitner

Competence

Dr. Andy Breitner is a lawyer at BDO Legal. He heads the Criminal Law practice group.

His practice focuses on the defense of individuals and companies in all areas of commercial and tax criminal law as well as in administrative offence proceedings relating to commercial and tax law. His expertise covers all stages of proceedings, including appeal proceedings and compliance advice.

Andy Breitner studied law in Heidelberg. He completed his doctorate in Dresden on the subject of "Crime Prevention". 

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked in a specialized criminal law boutique in Berlin and in his own law firm.

In his spare time, he is very active in sports.
