Dr. Martin Schulte is a lawyer and partner at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group.

His practice focuses on advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and other transactions as well as on corporate law issues. 

Martin Schulte studied law in Cologne, Lausanne (Switzerland) and Berkeley (USA). He received his doctorate in Cologne on the subject of "The Influence of Liability Insurance on the Development of Tort Law in the United States of America". 

Before joining BDO Legal, he was a partner in leading international law firms. 

Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf with his wife and friends, is active in Rotary for the Common Good and enjoys reading on historical and political topics.
