Dr. Nico Meinzenbach

Dr. Nico Meinzenbach is a lawyer and partner at BDO Legal. He heads the Corporate/M&A and Real Estate practice groups.

His practice focuses on advising national and international companies on complex M&A transactions, restructurings and distressed M&A issues. He has many years of experience in company takeovers as well as investments and financing, both for established companies and in the area of venture capital. A further focus of his work is advising on real estate transactions. 

Nico Meinzenbach studied law in Berlin. He completed his doctorate in Kiel on the subject of "Tax Registration". 

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked fo international transaction law firms in Frankfurt a. M. and Hamburg.

In his spare time, he enjoys sailing and rowing.
