Dr. Oliver Flaß

Competence

Dr. Oliver Flaß is a lawyer at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group.

The main focus of his work is the advising companies in corporate law issues, company acquisitions and sales and other corporate law transactions. In addition, he has extensive experience in the establishment of representative offices for foreign companies in Germany and in the establishment of complex corporate housekeeping structures. 

Oliver Flaß studied law in Münster. He completed his doctorate in Münster on the subject of "Compensation and equalization claims of departing minority shareholders in a qualified de facto GmbH group". 

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked as a partner for corporate law with major international law firms in Cologne.

When he is not working for his clients, he enjoys playing golf, skiing, visiting art exhibitions and traveling. He also enjoys attending sporting events, especially ice hockey matches.
